This module records and processes accounting transactions within functional modules such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal, general ledger, payroll, and trial balance.

It functions as an accounting information system. It is meant to help organizations keep track of expenses, income, and other activities. Basically, keep an eye on all data that affect the finances of a business organization.

Admin Access.

This feature is to have those with admin rights access the system based on the different roles they hold in the organization.

Chart of Accounts.

Refers to names of accounts and sub-accounts that a company has identified and made available for recording.

Track Sales.

The system is able to record and keep track of your cash payments, invoices and credit notes.

Track Expenses.

The system is able to record and keep track of all expenses including your bills and cash payments.


Auto posting Bookkeeping.

The system auto-posts journals once a sale or an expense has been updated i.e. the system will generate journals on the back end to reflect on the sale, debiting, or crediting the affected account.

Inventory Tracking.

Helps in tracking orders, sales, deliveries etc.

Aging Reports.

This refers to a periodic report that categorizes an organization’s account receivable and accounts payable according to the length of time an invoice or a bill has been outstanding.

Financial Reporting.

The system gives comprehensive financial statements i.e Income statement, balance sheet, General ledgers.
